Shows that the selected task has been completed by filling the task box with dots in the Schedule Chart, making the actual bar black in the Task Timeline and Resource Timeline, and displaying 100 in the % Done field in the Project Table.
When the selected task has been marked as completed, the command changes to Mark Uncompleted. Choosing this removes the dots from the selected box, turns the actual bar white in the timeline charts, and returns the % Done field to 0.

Lets you specify a lag time between the two tasks connected by the selected dependency line in the Schedule Chart.
Lag time is the amount of time between the start or finish of one task and the start of another task.
MacProject II adds the lag time to the project schedule and displays its duration on the dependency line. If you’re using a start-to-start lag time, an asterisk (*) is placed next to the duration.
